I am a psychologist (M.Sc.) and Somatica® certified Sex and Relationship Coach. I see it as my calling to accompany other people on their way to create deeply fulfilling relationships and ecstatic sex.
I know how it feels to be overwhelmed by challenging or traumatic life events and what it’s like to feel misunderstood by others.
These experiences have formed my own beliefs in how I want to interact with my clients. People in my environment value me for my empathy and non-judgmental approach, because I myself know how healing it is to be seen and accepted unconditionally.
This is the safe container I want to set to meet you and your challenges in, so we can work on solutions together.
My counseling is always focused on your resources and potentials, never on diagnoses. I see it as my task to approach you in an unbiased, non-judgmental and understanding way and to support you in developing and implementing your own solutions.
My unique way of working with clients differs from many other coaches. I see my master's degree in psychology as my basis, but I also incorporate body-based and spiritual aspects into my work. I am also certified by the International Somatica® Institute as a sex and relationship coach.
The Somatica® Method places a lot of emphasis on looking at challenges from a mental and body-based perspective, so they include embodiment exercises in their work with clients. We store stress, trauma and pent-up emotions in our bodies, which leads to many somatic ailments. The Somatica Method argues that by working with our bodies, we can also release these very same stored tensions again.
I have seen the healing effects of a holistic approach many times before, on myself and on others. In my practice, I am dedicated to work with the entirety of your person, in order to achieve the greatest possible effect in your personal development.
While I obtained my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and worked in the clinical field, I spend years studying and focussing on the cognitive aspect of the healing processes. My experience with psychology and psychotherapy, both as a therapist and a patient myself, gave me all the tools to promote healing for the mind.
I decided to become a Sex and Relationship Coach, because I believe that we need to have more open, shame-free and authentic talks about sexuality and conscious relating. It also allows me to combine the cognitive aspects of psychology with the embodiment work, that I believe is a vital aspect to healing not only the mind but the body, too.
I fell in love with spiritual work because it allowed me to release stored emotions, trauma and energy in the body. It also helped me connect to spirit and find my authentic self. Now, I want to help others experience what I did by facilitating spiritual workshops with my partner. I also include aspects of my spiritual work in my sessions with clients to promote healing for the soul.
